amount is
required confirm reservations. Make
your deposit by cashiers check or
money order payable to:

Final Payment
The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival and is
payable by
cashiers check or money order. If booking is made within the 30 day
period full payment is due
to confirm reservation. Cancellation
Policy Cancellations
and Refunds Cancellations
are effective on the date written notice is received by e-mail in our
office.
The following assessments will apply on cancellations:
91+
days prior to arrival - 20% of rent
61 - 90 days prior to arrival - 50% of rent
Less than 60 days prior to arrival - 100% of rent
Christmas and New Years - 100% of rent
