Payment and Cancellation Refund  Information

 Deposit

A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount  is required confirm reservations.

Make your deposit by cashiers check or money order payable to:
Matthew Wright and be sure to include a copy of the completed Reservations Contract.

Final Payment

The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival and is payable by cashiers check or money order. If booking is made within the 30 day period full payment is due to confirm reservation. 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations are effective on the date written notice is received by e-mail in our office. The following assessments will apply on cancellations:

91+ days prior to arrival - 20% of rent
61 - 90 days prior to arrival - 50% of rent
Less than 60 days prior to arrival - 100% of rent
Christmas and New Years - 100% of rent

Notes concerning our rates:

	Rates include light breakfast Monday through Saturday
	Taxes and Fees  12% Mexican room tax
	Gratuity/Tip:  Not required
	Cleaning Fee:  Included
